Our Mission

Our mission is to create extraordinary academic achievement, especially among students (and parents) who adopt t.Lab’s processes, standards, and systems as independent learners while assuming leadership roles in a global marketplace.

Our Vision

t.Lab seeks to become the world’s premier transformer of students by providing superior educational experience and character building. Academic Ratings, Student Achievement, Student Demand, and Community and Partner Ratings will measure this. Critical performance metrics for t.Lab students and parents are to realize top 1 percent performance, as applied by the Ivy League colleges and universities, leveraging the ACT examination including a median ACT score of 36.

GLOBAL IMPACT:

t.Lab now proudly serves over 7,650 parents and students across five continents and nine countries—including the United States, Hungary, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, Costa Rica, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines—uniting diverse learners under one mission: transforming potential into purpose and education into global impact.

As a member of t.Lab's International Advisory Board, I am thrilled to support the national initiative to increase the median ACT score for African Americans from 16.1 to 25. A Crisis of Competence shines a light on the root-cause problems and solutions in this endeavor, which is key to its success. The book offers exact metrics and methodologies to inform the strategy, but it also emphasizes the importance of character and academic rigor. The rigorous approach to understanding these issues is both necessary and long overdue. It's clear that t.Lab recognizes the need for this kind of deep dive into our education system, and I'm confident that their efforts will be successful in making a difference in students' lives everywhere. I'm proud to support t.Lab's mission.
